Direct billing & client responsibilities

Direct billing options are available to most major insurance companies. Knowledge of personal insurance plan details and coverage requirements, including whether or not a doctor’s referral is needed, is the responsibility of the client. Any portion of the session fee not covered by the client’s insurance provider is the responsibility of the client. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a $50 cancelation fee to be paid by the client. Payments can be made by cash, credit or etransfer.
